Establish an Account

(All Property Purchasers – blocks or houses)

When you purchase any property (be it a vacant block of land or an existing house) in Wildflower Ridge, or an industrial site in the Muchea Employment Node, you will need to establish an account with Muchea Water. Ideally, this should be done through your settlement agent or solicitor when you are completing your purchase documents.

To establish an account, you will need to complete an ‘Account Establishment Form’ (either for a residential account or for a business account). The form should be supplied by your settlement agent or solicitor but can be downloaded from our website, or if you are unable to obtain or print the application form, please phone or email us so we can post one to you.

Please provide the completed form back to the settlement agent or solicitor prior to the date of settlement, or scan and email back the completed form to admin@mucheawater.com.au or post to Muchea Water, PO Box 1982, West Perth WA 6872.

From the date of settlement, you are required to pay the standard service charge, which will be billed to you according to our quarterly billing cycle.

When you are ready to be connected to the water supply for the first time, you or your builder will need to apply to Muchea Water by completing a ‘Connection Application Form’ (either for a residential connection or for a business connection). Fees do apply and are set out on the Building Service Fees & Charges Form.

If a property owner chooses not to apply for a connection within 12 months of the property first being purchased from the developer, an additional vacant land charge will also be incurred. Current charges are set out on the ‘Water Fees & Charges’ form.
